To set up a new billing agreement the merchant has to call the PXP API, will receive a redirection URL back, needs to redirect the customer to this URL (to PayPal), Paypal will inform the customer (display billing agreement information), the customer needs to confirm.
PXP System will store the PayPal Billing Agreement ID together with the payment account.
To initiate follow up payments using this billing agreement the merchant has to use the payment account ID, please find documentation here.
